As you know my computer had a virus & i had a guy to fix it.
Well i had a program in my computer it is called ped-basic and the icon is computer and when i hook up the box it wont fead tne file is there anything i can do i can't find my CD .tHANKS
 
i did a lot of checking and my computer says USB Writer is not working and says driver for the divice is not installed code 28 and it wount let me reinstall it, What can i do/ Thanks
 
hate to say it but it sounds to me like the person you had work on you pc didnt know what was going on or what they were doing.. please detail better what you are trying to accomplish and maybe we can help you..

I have a ped-basic reader box that i use to connect to my computer to down loade designs to my emboridy machaine and sence the guy worked on my computer when i plug tne ped-basic in the usb port and try to download designit says no reader modul is connected and i have it connected and it is not the box because i tryed it on another computers.Thank you so much.Jeanette
