Do i really need a PhysX Processing Unit, or is it just a waste of money. Becuase does it really make the physics that much better? Or will it make games like GTA have physics?

Right now it's a waste of money, barely any games support it.

There are a long list of games that support those cards, but it not worth it because it only speeds up physics and that's it, very promising technologies that will supersede the PhysX cards are quad core CPU and quad Sli systems where a card can be assigned the task of processing Physics.
