i have a good computer, 256 mb graphics card, a good internet connection, 448 mb of ram, but for some reason games that run in flash player go really slow? my flash player is updated and everything i dont know what else it could be?
i dont have alot of processes in the background either
 
I wouldn't consider that a "good" computer. From the sound of it, you have 512MB of RAM, 16MB shared(perhaps 256MB max) Regardless, the GPU has no impact on flash performance. But also seeing as you only have 512MB RAM, I'm not imagining you have that great of a CPU either...

You have to have one heck of a computer to run some flash videos smoothly.
 
It depends mainly on your processor, as older computers tend to run flash files slowly, and the more complex they are, more processing power is needed.
