i dont know how to get full administrator access

i bought a computer, its been slightly used, i tried to install a program and it says i dont have full administrator access to install that program or something of that nature. I went to accounts and administrator account is some "leroy" not me... and i can make another account or delete other accounts, but im not sure how to make it so instead of leroy its I who is the administrator and has full access... heck i dont even want any accounts on my computer because its only i who ever uses is, can someone give me a hand here please

Im pretty sure you can only make an Administrator account if your logged in as Administrator. If you go start > control panel > user accounts > create a new account. then type the name in and it might ask you for the account type, either administrator or limited. chose administrator. you then need to login as that account to become the administrator, you can then delete the leroy account as you wont need it. you said you "can" make another account however ive got a feeling that was a typo and you meant to say cant in which case the only way you can do it is by getting access to the administrator accout or reinstalling windows.
