I don't know how to test this ussue

Hey everyone,

Since a month i am having issues with my system. I have a self-built pc that freezes/crashes every once in a while since a month. Whenever this happens my system has the follow reaction:
  • · it gets a bluescreen (error0x00000024).
  • · My screen turns black and my screen notifies me that it can’t detect a signal
  • · My system just freezes

If I restart my pc after a freeze it starts up but doesn’t load the BIOS. The last time I tried starting the system up immediately after a freeze my CPU fan went full throttle. All these problems together make me think that there is something wrong with my RAM. The problem is that I don’t know how I can check if my DIMM slots or a certain RAM card broke down. And that is why I ask you guys for help :).

I tried to test each individual RAM card by removing them all out of my system and keep adding one RAM card to my system to see of the problem would occur when a certain ram card was added. At some point this was the case. I added one card to my system and my system bluescreened. I tested a working RAM card on the same slot and that RAM card worked fine. So I thought that I had a faulty RAM card. But in the end I added that RAM card back into my system with all my other RAM banks and the problem doesn’t occur. So I don’t know how to test what broke

My hardware:
Asrock extreme 4 with am3+ socket
AMD fx-6350
Saphire r7 270x
16gb ram (4*4 GB)
1tb seagate sshd

Thanks for the help :)

Lets find out what is causing this blue screen.

Download BlueScreenView
No installation required.
Unzip downloaded file and double click on BlueScreenView.exe file to run the program.
When scanning is done, go Edit>Select All.
Go File>Save Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt.
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all content, and paste it into your next reply.

here it goes. It are all the BSoD's i ever had. i feel like the first one is the only usable one but i added the one with a driver error as well incase it helps

Zip up the following file and attach it to your next post.

C:\Windows\Minidump\100116-30451-01.dmp

Looks like it due to avast antivirus. So do this, uninstall avast, reboot system and then reinstall it and see if it still happens. The bluescreen last month was due to video card drivers, might want to update those as well.

Well that is nice to know. The driver issues are solved already. But i didn't expect that Avast would cause allot of trouble to my pc. Ill get another anti virus and see if my problems are solved. I do still believe that i have a hardware issue tough. I don't think that avast can prevent my system from starting up. But if the issue's are still present after i remove avast i'll buy myself another motherboard. In the mean time i switched my gpu and ram in another computer. This computer doesn't show issues. that makes me believe that something can be wrong with my motherboard.

Alot of thanks for the help :)
