I don't know what to call this cable

I attached a picture I drew in Windows 7 Paint. It may look lame but it's the best I can do. I took a media card reader (xD, SD, USB, etc.) from my HP Pavilion and put it in my home-built PC. Unfortunately, the cable does not stretch far enough to make it to one of the two available USB ports on the mobo. The cable is female on both ends and the male port on the mobo looks like the attached picture except with pins, not dots (holes), and the 5th pin on the lower right-hand corner is intentionally left blank cuz there is no pin (same goes for no hole on the female cable ends in same spot). I browsed through USB cables on Tigerdirect.com and can't find one anywhere. I just need a longer cable. It really only needs to be maybe another 3 inches (7.5 cm) longer.

Any info is greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

Not really. I'll take a picture of it tonight, which I should have done in the beginning, but I had just gotten everything back together that I took apart to fit the reader in the 3.5" slot.
