I Don't Understand.

Hello, This post doesnt relate to entirely computers, but this is the closest category for it.
I am looking at buying this television
http://www.ebuyer.com/product/158705
The main reason is, because I live in the UK. I want to be able to play my xbox 360 games in HD, Plus, I have an american ps2. And at the moment, when I plug it into my older CRT TV, it appears black & white and slightly fuzzy. After some research I found its because it was sending NTSC signals to my TV, aka 60Hz. Whereas my older CRT PAL TV from the UK, Only does 50Hz.
My brother owns a 32" Flatscreen LCD HD Ready Television, and my american ps2 runs perfectly fine, in colour, Even though it was bought from the UK. He said something about it being able to do 100 or 120Hz.
Basically my question is, Will this TV that i'm looking to buy, display my games in colour? Can it do at least 60Hz?
Thanks.

I don't think an American PS2 will work with that TV that you linked to.

I looked in the specs:

Analog Format: SECAM and PAL (the European formats)
It doesn't say anything about NTSC (the American format)

Digital Tuner: DVB-T (the European digital tuner)
It doesn't say anything about ATSC (the American digital tuner).

Ahh I see, well, thanks for taking the time to look for me. One more question though. What would I have to look out for to know that the TV will show NTSC rightfully. So far I have been searching for Hz. But cant seem to find any. I have gone on TV Buying guides etc, but it just seems so complicated. I just need someone to tell me what to look out for in the specifications of a television.
Thanks.

side question was does the US and u Euros ( not sure about japan) have different connections for almost all there electronics? just curious

Power connections yes, every country has their own standard. most of them anyway. As for data connections, USB is USB, no matter where you are.
