I get the error code 0x803c010b when printing

I recently bought a new Acer laptop which runs windows 8. I already have had some trouble adjusting to the new operating system, but now I am also unable to print through the computer. I try troubleshooting, but receive the error code: 0x803c010b. Does anybody know how to fix this?
