okay so I have around 300$-320$ to spend on my computer...
and it need it to run fast and be able to play some good games

Look, you've got 1 opinion from me, there are heaps of other members that will tell you the best option....
 
My opinion would be save up 5-600 and get a halfway decent new system, would be alot better than what you have there atm;)
 
save to about 700-800 dollars and wait until nehalem comes out, current cpu's should drop even farther in price, unless right now you want to blow it all on a 9800gx2 for about 300 on newegg

Sheesh guys, at least TRY! My first build was for $350. Made it. This build, in my sig, $530 shipped. You don't need $700 for a "decent" build. You just need to know where to get the parts. Quality and price.
