I have a problem with mediaplayer

I downloaded some videos.... when i try to open it in MediaPlayer 10, all i hear is sound but no video.., why is that?

What was the extension of the video file? Most likely, you just need the proper codecs.

You may downloaded some useless files if they were poor quality or in the wrong format. Check the options menu to see if all file formats are checkd off.

if you downloaded a movie and it didnt work one thing what is the format. Heres a good thing to download. download the defiler pack. this makes it so you can even watch AVI formats. i might also fix your problem.
