I have a virus?

my pc keeps giving signs of an infection. Everytime I click the mouse, i hear a noise come from the tower, skype is giving an incoming call alert when i havent opened it and now recently, the taskbar has gone weird. Norton 360 is has the MSN icon next to it and MSN has the windows explorer icon on it :S. i am running Norton 360 now but are any of those problems normal?
