I have an annoying bug that norton can't shake

there is a leech on my internet explorer that is changing my homepage and i can't change it back

its stopped all the use of internet options and it won't let me change anything excpt page adress

norton antivirus has located it and can't delete it

it was in the c file in syste 32 so i've moved it to desktop

i can't delete it as it says tits user protected

"access is denied

make shure disk is not full or that the file is not write protected"

what should i do
 
Ok, right click on the file select propeites can you untick ptotected.

Then

Download: Windows Defender (From www.microsoft.com)
Download: Ad-aware SE (http://www.download.com/Ad-Aware-SE-Personal-Edition/3000-8022_4-10399602.html?tag=lst-0-1)
Download: Spybot Search and distroy (http://www.download.com/Spybot-Search-Destroy/3000-8022_4-10401314.html?tag=tab_pub)
Download: Hijackthis (http://www.download.com/HijackThis/3000-8022_4-10379544.html?tag=lst-0-1)

Please post a hijackthis log here.

And run all other programs listed if you have them if you havn't please download and run them. They are all free.
