I have an issue. After a new build and installing XP and doing all the updates (sp3, ect..), my screen does not roll smoothly when I scroll down on any web page.

I do not have any software loaded yet, just the updates

I updated my monitor driver but still have the issue.

I am running the following
MB = Asus M2A-VM
CPU =AMD Athlon X2
Drive =Excel 80G
Memory =2GDDR2 Twin2X
DVD =Samsung OEM

I've heard a few issues with SP3 as far as IE is concerned. But for the most part when moving around on any web page suddenly drags often htat's either from a busy server at the site or your bandwidth has dropped somewhat depending on how you connect online.

The onliy other item that would have effect would be video drivers following a basic install of Windows to look at there since those are for display in general. If you used the software disk that came with the card an update could help. Or if the update is a problem if you downloaded and installed go for another release.

You need to install/update your motherboard chipset-audio-video drivers. As far as the scrolling, check in internet options- Advanced go down to (use smooth scrolling) and make sure its checked.

Glad you got it fixed. Also nice when the original poster comes back to tell what the fix was!
