I have never built a computer before and I could use some help.

you also probably need 3 nvidia 8800 ultras in sli with a qx9770 if you truly want the maxed amount of fps you can get, people are only getting 10 fps on average with max with a 30 inch moniter and with the ultras and the qx9770 at 5ghz and they only get 20fps at the max

Wow, now don't get me wrong I love the responses it's just I'm getting a little confused here. Let's try this. If YOU were to build a gaming pc with a budget around $1400.00 and you wanted Crysis to be beautiful and run on high and maybe max settings what would you buy? Links would do wonderfully.

As of right now, in my opinion you would make for an excellent clueless Best Buy employee.

The only thing I would change would be your psu. That psu actually seems fairly decent, but I have never trusted Apevia power supplies. They make fairly crappy lower end units for their cheaper ones.

For that price, you could replace it with any one of many better power supplies IMO. For example, the OCZ StealthXStream is a quality 600W unit that would suit your needs well and would likely be more reliable than the Apevia one you linked to.

The OCZ StealthXStream is $85 with a $30 MIR.

Dude, the only things that really matter when gaming are your processor and video card. Your memory and mobo are indirectly related, but all in all fps and performance is pretty much only tied to the first two. And your processor is great, even overkill.

The only realistic way you could improve performance is to improve your video card at this point. The one you have now is good, and awesome for price/performance, although there are better ones out there. Be prepared to pay considerably more however.
