Every single text of my icons, folders etc has be shrunk! Anyidea whats going on?

this includes text that are on the tabs(?) on my windows.

Have you tried changing the resolution.

It's not the resolution...

I don't remember the exact setting, but there should be a way to change the default font size.

control panel-appearance and personalization-display-set custom text size (i am using windows 7 so your navigation might be a little different).
