I have question about AVI radeon 9550 video card

I have cable to plug in my TV so i can watch everthing on my pc on the TV but i dont know how to set the options to watch it on the TV. With simple words i dont know how can i watch on the TV my computer screen ......
 
Alright Plug That cable you have into the back of your graphics card and the other end into your tv (while computer is off)

go to your Desktop
-Right Click
-Propertys
-Settings Tab
-Click screen Number 2
-Tick box "Extend my windows Desctop onto this monitor" or whatever it is. That is so you can drag things onto that screen.

Hmm To have same image on both screens,
- Click Advanced Tab While having screen 2 selected
- On mine i go across to NVidia Control Panel
-Then Click Mirror Image, im not sure if windows has a built in function
 
ok thats the pic i usually turned it on and watched it on the TV but now i dont know whats wrong....

OK, my Radeon is rather old, so I'm not used to that... But I know in clone, only the primary screen can show the overlay. So you need to make the TV the primary one. Also(at least in older drivers) there's a Theater Mode that allows any video overlay to play full screen on the TV.
 
ok about the thing you said "clone" where do you find it .....thats the question for the first guy who answered me

and about the second guy who answered me sorry its not working ....tryed it like 5 times ......i dont know what to do .....
 
ok i fixed it but the problem now is on the TV the screen is going up and down without stoping how can i fix that?
