Good/not good? Ant tips?

Don't know heaps about computers but the ram you have there is 1333. You should get 1600 as it should be almost the same price. What will you be using the system for?

What is the purpose of this computer? Seems to be lopsided.

RAM: Get at least 1600. The faster the better though. Don't know about where you are at, but here 1866-2133 is the sweet spot for price to performance. Most of the time 1866 can be had for $1-$5 more than 1600.

Soundcard: Unneeded. And the one you picked is a piece of junk. If you want a dedicated, get Asus or Creative. But for the average speakers there is no needed over integrated, as shitty as it is.

Motherboard: You need a Z77 chipset to use the 3570k. If you do not plan to overclock drop down to a 3570 non k and use the H77.

Processor: this is good. but do you need the power? Likely not. Get a i3 and a better video card. That will be much better than the i5 and the crappy 6450.

PSU: might work, but it is not the best supply.

700W is overkill anyway. Get a much better video card too. Something like a 7770 and a Corsair CX 500 PSU would be good.
