I keep Getting Korean Letters!!!

When i install a program like nero burning rom the intallation menu comes up in korean mumbo jumbo how i get rid of this and set the default back to english this happends in alot of other things to but i cant remeber its not jsut nero.
 
I'm assuming that you added Korean as an additional language to your Regional and Language Options in the Control Panel. You probably set English back to default under the Advanced tab to correct the problem. The thing is, with English as default, you won't be able to read or write Korean outside of Internet Explorer. Anyway, just thought you'd like to know.
