i keep losing the keyboard

hi my new computer is :
cpu : AMD Athlon 64 (3500+) - 512 Cache [939 PIN]-Venice Core
mobo : GA-K8N Ultra-9
ram : samsung DDR 512MB 400MHZ
graphics card : Diamond Viper X800XL 256MB PCIe
case : Sunbeam Acrylic
hard drive : 40gb wd (from my old computer)
cd : 52x
windows: xp 64bit

now my question is , whenever i reset or shutdown my computer when i start it up again the keyboard has an error in the device manager (error 10).
so i uninstall it and reinstall it and the it works :) . but that is a lot of work to do every time i reset :( .
so could someone pls help me ? :o
 
it might come due to the 64bit win xp. ;) its kinda jumpy atm. and it doesnt have any advantage to the 32bit version because of that :P
anyway, wat keyboard is it? i didnt know you need a driver for a normal one. :)
 
O the keyborad is a microsoft multimedia keyborad 1.0A
i tried the drive on there site and it wont work on 64bit :mad:
