so i am trying to setup my very own I.M server locally for my LAN. (this wont be use via internet). so i went to www.jabber.org downloaded the server software. I downloaded EJABBERED.
i installed it fine and set the domain name to " @test1m.com" (testing purposes only).
after that i used pandion and Gaim to try to connect to it which i couldn't.
There's 2 things i don't know.
1 : the port ejabber runs on
2 : Address
how do i know these 2 ?
(if you've ever used pandion go to-->connection settings-->server connection)
