I made a terrible mistake

Okay while the P4X400 looks real nice with that silver color, I am becoming more and more convinced that it is a P.O.S.

I cant overclock the thing past 136mhz (yeah, I know), AND I sincerely think that my 9700pro is running in 2X (not even 4x, much less 8X!). *While I believe the Mushkin PC-3200 is running 400mhz, I am so disgusted with Soyo that I want to get a new board.

Is there anything out there right now that will run 8x, overclock well and have DDR400? *If not, and I think that may be the case, does anybody know if anything is coming out in the near future that will have these qualifications? *What about new chipsets too? *(for my 2.8 P4).  I understand that Abit and Epox make good OC boards, are they coming out with anything soon?

There isn't a huge market for that old of technology anymore. I wouldn't put any money into your current computer. Instead I would put it towards a brand new computer. You could probably build one for $350 out the door and it would put your current computer to shame.

Yea sorry man I have to agree with the above post. You will be throwing your money away if you invest anymore into that computer. There are some great deals on core duos out there and great pci-e options for video cards.
