I Need 2 No If Its Bad If U Have No Fans At Aall

Sound like it is okay if nothing ever freezes. Just make sure that the vents on the side of the laptop are never blocked. I would have fans, but if it works fine without them, than your okay.

How old is your puter? If it is older, it may just have a heat sink and a vent with no fans. Or the fans may just be super quit!
 
It could be that the fan cuts on every now and then but you don't notice it. The fan only cuts on when heat levels become unacceptible. If you are just doing basic stuff then it probably doesn't get hot that often.
