i need a codec

Download and install AVICodec, and load the video file into it. That should tell you whether the video file's supported, and if not then details of what codec is required.

i really need help now avicode didnt work it comes up with an error message, also one of the files types is .bin and one is an image file but i tried to burn the image file and error message came up,
but this is a strange thing because when i open up the .bin in vlc or nero showtime it plays but it not the correct codec

That combined with the fact that it has a .bin extension, sounds very much like you didn't obtain the movie from a legitimate source. If that's the case, then you're on your own.

codec

"g spot codec info" is free and it works pretty much the same. start g spot, open the file and it tells you if u have the right codecs or what is needed. google it or get it from a freeware site
