I Need A Laptop for VIDEO EDITING

I am looking for a laptop for video editing. Right now I have 2 on my radar (links are below). The ASUS G53SX sticks out for me because of its specs and I was reading that I could load Lion onto it. I do not want to spend over 1,200 and I want about a 15 inch screen. So tell me what you think, thanks.
