I need a Laptop this is my criteria

ok i am a student going to a technical college. in it i would like:

I think that 15" would be ok as i wouldn't be gaming very much anyway and i would only be running programs like AutoCAD and Sketch up.

I dont know too much.. i would like it to run smoothely and i dont want an apple... i want to run windows on it... i like battery life so long lasting battery life would be nice... hmm well i dont know... ask me questions if you need to im kind of new to this whole thing heh.

EDIT: and it would be also used for watching movies and such on road trips and such

Hmmm some it seems you need a decent processor, a good screen, with good battery life.

Just buy something with atleast 2gb of ram and a dual core processor. Dell has some great deals on notebooks.

alrighty wel it looks like i'll be nabbing the e1505... do you think the warranty upgrade on the dell site is worth it?
