I need a new monitor, Is this a good one?

(15%) of the time I would like to use as a TV (with tuner adapter) and of coarse as a PC monitor most of the time.

Another possibility is a LCD TV as a monitor? but I'm not sure that would give me as clear a picture as the LCD computer monitor.
