I need a new R key for my Dell Studio laptop

The R key has broken on my laptop and I pulled it out. Where would I get one of these R keys? Are they special? And who will fit it?

There are very tiny clips that hold it on. You can try and get another key and parts and fight to put it on. But you can also just go on eBay and get a replacement for about $20.
