I need an affordable gaming PC which delivers better peformance than my son's current XboxOne

My son has an Xbox one which is about 4 years old. He needs something that pefoms better and all his friends have gaming PC's so that what I'm looking at.
My local toy store has this at a pice that I can just about afford. Is it likely to peform better than the Xbox?


I'm a technphobe dad in his 50's so I'd appeciate any advice or guidance as I'm a little out of my depth with all this stuff, Thank you.

That is not a gaming pc per say as it doesn't have a dedicated video card, its using onboard video through the cpu. What games does he play? A decent dedicated video card will run at least $250 if not more depending on what he needs.
 
It looks like that pc has the 5600G cpu so it looks like it would play just not sure how well.
