Well,
I solved the first problem..I mean for the mobo..I had a non-compatible processor..
To solve this , i bought a Celeron D 2,80 Ghz Processor..And here it comes again... 9cjs0 i own does the same thing again..Only fans start...Monitor off...The bios version is 6.00 as the sticker on the last pci slot says and the bios update to "read" celeron D processors is 4.00 version...Help ME ...The same problem again .. I spent 2XX bucks to buy this stuff, n nothin happens...Any suggestion??(I dont think ya need anything else...)

(Ah,i forgot my psu is 350 watts i think..could it be a problem??Even for a bareboot?)

could you give the specs of the whole system?
( i havnt seen the first problem, so i dont know it :) )
but i dont think its you PSU

what kind of video card do you have? The D845WM boards only like 1.5V 2/4x AGP cards (or any PCI video card), a .8V 8x card may work however

Well,I think that the mobo is "dead".It doesnt "reads" my cpu and the bios version is updated enough to read it.. (6.0) the mobo is 9cjs0...i have an ati radeon 9200se 128mb agp 4x/8x..only fans start...as i said..Any suggestions??

did you tried the grafics card in a other pc?
if you have a old pci grafics card, try booting th pc with only the pci grafics inserted.

Ram: 512mb DDR400 Twinmoss
I dont get the meaning of using a pci graphics card...Its sure that the card works..
12V, i think its enough 12V why do ya need to know about the amperage? i live in europe :)(The fans start,so this means that the 12V line works and its not a problem.. Right?) I phoned again the guy who sold me the mobo and he said that he tested it before selling it...So it still works..What else...

I have to solve this problem in 10 days cause my new dsl connection starts at october 9 and i wanna have the "new"(As new it can be called)pc then..

No. The wattage of a PSU means nothing. If you're running a 500W PSU with 16A on the 12V line you're in trouble. Post back with an answer to my original question and read QUESTIONS 101.

im a little confused.... how do u know the computer isnt working fine? you say u hear the fans but nothing on screen.

anyway, from what i understand here, i would recommend the following.
1. does the mobo have integrated/built in grpahics? if it does, run off of this and then figure out the grapgics card prob.
2. i doubt that the mobo has built in graphics, so possibly resetting the bios by pulling out the small battery on the motherboard for like a minute and putting it back in. leave the vid card in the agp slot when u do this. the computer may be set on default to find the vid card in a pci slot and not even checking the agp slot.

good luck! :)
