I need help after performing a system recovery

My computer was not shut down properly and when I restarted the computer I had to do a system recovery and now I have two versions of windows running. What I mean is when I go to "Documents and Settings" I see 3 folders:

Folder 1 says "All Users"
Folder 2 says "User"

This is normal

BUT now there's a new folder
Folder 3 that says "Liz" (which is my name)

I can still see my old files, but my computer is running using this new "Liz" version.
How do I delete the new version?

This happened to me once before and I took it to the computer doctor. He restarted the computer and pressed a button which took him to a screen that showed both the old and new version. He selected the unwanted version and deleted it. Problem solved. How do I get to this screen?

If you are absolutely sure that none of your documents are in this new "Liz" account, then proceed with trying to delete this account.

As long as you are NOT logged in as Liz but you ARE logged in with administrator privileges then:
Try going to Control Panel - Accounts and see if there is a Liz account you can delete.
