I need Help ASAP!! New Motherboard!

Everything has been working fine since I got my computer until recently. My motherboard fried and I soldered it back and I had these lines going across the screen as if the socket to where the 3D-card was plugged into was messed up. Anyway up until a few days ago the motherboard is acting up and I cant see anything. I need an identical motherboard to the Soyo Dragon Ultra. If anyone needs specs I'll provide without a problem. I prefer to buy an ASUS motherboard because of the warranty they provide. I am a n00b and quite outdated on my Computerware so help me out plz!
 
Oh the specs on my comp are:
Pentium 4 , 2.8Ghz
The RAM I have is 333mhz DDR PC2700 DIMM CL 2.5 ( trying to be most accurate as this is off the top of my head)
I have a ATI Radeon 9700 pro graphic card.
SoundBlaster Audigy card.

Anything else I need to provide I will
 
It's a socket 478 P4 unless you have one of those LGA775s on an i865 based board (which I doubt, I don't think too many people buy them). So for Asus I'd go with a P4P800 series board.
 
I have built quiet a few of computers and the only board manufacturer that I buy is ASUS. They make great boards in my opinion. I own 2 P4P800E-Deluxe boards. After installing they booted right up no problems.
