I need help badly, new laptop.

Hey guys, new to the forum. I just inherited my grandfathers laptop after his passing, and I'm looking through and I saw that I have disk 0 with 145 gb and disk 1 with 145 gb. it seems like they are partitioned and I am un aware on how to merge them, what do I do?
 
I use Partition Magic. This will help you with your issue. Do a search on Google and you'll find the download page as well as instructions. There are also plenty of other versions that you could use, again use google.
