I need help because this is pisting me off

For no goddamn reason my disk usage is always 100%. It's not a specific program either, everything is trying to use as much disk as possible. It's not malware, I've already done like 15 scans with multiple anti malwares, it's not a fragmented drive, I have no idea what the problem could be or how to fix it. If it matters, it seems to be a lot of random Microsoft things. Things like compatibility telemetry and stuff. For the love of god please ****ing help me.
 
It's a Windows update issue, caused by a new update they released in the past week or two I think. Check for updates, I think they pushed a patch for it.
