I need help getting a new video card.

I have an older HP computer with these specifications.

It has an intel celeron processor
512 mb of RAM
40 GB hard drive
a built in chipset

Will a new video card let me play Knights of the old republic, Battlefront II, Jedi Academy and Republic Commando.

Would it let me play newer games.

It has a pci slot but right now I'm looking at the Vision Tek X1300 or X1550. Will one of these cards work and if so which one is better?

I Don't have $700 to get something decent. I'm only 16 and I only get $10 a week due to the fact that the rest of my money goes towards college.

... Don't let him down! I'm playing on an FX5200 with an 1.3GHz on HALO and BF2! Yes, get an PCI FX5200 and it should work. How much are you willing to spend?

Now what type of celeron?
