alright, i am looking for a case for my motherboard....it's a gigabyte ud3 motherboard.
Physical specifications:
-Form factor : ATX
-Dimensions : 12.0" x 9.6"
-Power Pin : 24 Pin

i am having trouble finding a case the matches it...a little help here?
 
It will fit in any case that supports the ATX form factor. That would include most cases. The power lead is a part of the power supply and all of them support 24 pin connectors. That was easy.
 
Yes, your mobo fits any standard ATX case.

If you are running high-ended devices like latest graphic card and CPU, I would suggest you pay attention on the PSU supply as well when selecting the case/PSU combo deal. You may need to select the higher rating PSU to make your system more stable.
