I just totally wiped my hardrive clean and reinstalled the windows xp op last night because i had some issues with my computer. After i got everything installed i noticed i have one issue on the internet. When i go to scroll down a page the page goes in stages and is very low and sometimes unresponsive. The computer is very fast and this is the only issue. The internet is also fast but this is the only problem. Can anyone help me? I am using Mozilla firefox 3 right now. It does the same thing on google chrome and internet explorer.
