I need help to buy a new lap top

Hi everyone

I want to buy a new lap top, the one I'm useing right now is the LG LW40 Express, which is really really bad + it's my first lap top ever .

I saw the Acer Aspire 4820TG Timeline X and started thinking of buying it already, the features are great 8 Hour battery, 1 GB Graphics Card plus much more, do you recommend it?
and If there is better choices please I welcome it.

but the main specs I'm looking for are:
14" to 15" LED Screen.
Battery that lasts at least for 4 hours
Good speakers.
Support HDMI
Can hold up to 5 Hours of continues work on word & excel + Watching Movies + Web Browsing.
Price range 1000$-1100$

I don't like the toshiba & the price in my country is higher by 100$

I saw this Dell Inspiron N5010, it's specs:
Intel i5-450m 2.40GHz
4 GB RAM
500 GB HDD
15.6" LED Screen
1 GB dedicated DDR3 VRAM
Windows 7 Home Premium.

How about it?​
