I need help to convert from text to photo

Hello every one, I'm new here..

I need your help , I have text in Notepad which starts with (ÿØÿà JFIF


– – ÿÛ C ) I think it is originaly a photo but not sure what is it exactly. Will you please advice me how to convert this text to to its original format- I think it is coded. Pleaaaaaaaaase use simple explaination since I'm not really an IT person . Your help is really appreciated.

Hello bodorina, welcome to CF, and please take time to review the rules ok.

Now, converting text to picture is odd, never heard of it or anybody attempting to do it.
Probably you have a problem with file association.
Right-click on the file and click "open with" and select "choose program", from the list select your default image program like "windows Picture/fax viewer" or "paint" or any other you like.

but converting text to photo...nah never heard of it
