I need to find a program that protects files with a password and also password protects them from being deleted; like if some one wants to delete the folder they will have to use a password.

is there a way that I can make a folder undeletable like what I want to do with the folder is throw it over this network I have but some people will delete it so I want to make it write protected but it wont be on my computer though. Is this possible?
