I need help with a few things...

The first thing is that there is a program that is running on my computer that is preventing me from visiting several of my favorite websites. when It was dowloaded it was called simply blocker.exe. Here is a link to the software that is blocking my sites. How does it work? How do I remove it?

Also there are several running processes on my computer and I can't seem to figure out exactly what they are or how to remove them. They are:

lsass.exe
crss.exe
smss.exe

What are they? How can I remove them?

Any help would be great. Thanks.

the only one to worry about there is crss.exe. Do a virus scan (http://housecall.trendmicro.com if you don't have one or it wont run).

The other two are part of Windows.

Do you have any idea what to do about this webiste blocker. Every time I type in a url for a blocked website it redirect me to google. Any idea how to get rid of it?
