I need help with sending an exe file through email

hello, i need to know how to send an exe file through an email, I am trying to send my family member a program and he is computer illiterate so putting it in a zip or rar wouldnt work, is there any way i can change the extension on the file but have it run the same as it would with an exe extension? any help will be appreciated thanks...

Given the previous post of Bob, I have deleted the solution as it is highly questionable that he will use it for a good reason.
