I need help!!

What virus checker do you have? McAfee? I'd try another one, maybe AVG free, and install some spyware software from "Spybot" and/or "Ad-Aware". It'll be a long task, but it should work.
 
Please disconnect the internet, run virus scan(full scan) than run spyware and adware full scan ofcourse. And cross ur finger.
