i just upgraded my laptop : Dell Latitude c610 and it was working great. i put XP on it. and all of a sudden it just started to freak out on me. it reboots over and over again. so i tried to reinstall it and now i have 2 Os of xp. Now my wireless card is messed up is there a way to delete the copy i just installed and fix the first copy i had? please help me

hi ,when you install you will be given an option to delete the partitions i think you press d then enter l then enter then enter that should then lead to the format section.
or you could really start from scratch and use a disc wiper to scrub your hard drive,if it still does it after all that i will have to put my thinking hat on .

like FIDO says above, only you will have to do it twice. The first partition deleted will dump you back then delete the second, then you should have the whole hd in a raw state, where you select the whole disk and format as NTFS.
