My computer has decided it doesn't like my wireless adapter. It's a sony vaio and a linksys wireless g adapter. Anytime I put the adapter into the usb port the computer automatically puts up a blue screen telling me i need a BIOS update. I can't even start my computer if the adapter is plugged in. I tried looking up information on the BIOS update for the computer but couldn't find the error messages it was giving me or the model of the computer (even though I typed in Both model numbers listed on the machine. Any advice?
