I see an IT use the second method he download a folder contain INF file then starts define the printer in many PC's.

Once installed you will be able to find the inf file in the install directory.
Where can I find the install directory?

If you can just extract the driver from the installation, then you can install it over a TCP/IP port. You can also just use a basic universal HP print driver when you install through TCP/IP.

Usually you can just do the installation from the link Okey gave you and it will ask if this is a new printer or just installing on a new system and will set it up properly.

The installation above force me to follow the steps of connecting the product to the PC actually I can't connect it because it is a shared printer not Network nor usb connection.

I tried it. It didn't ask whether it is new or just installing. It forced me to follow steps of connecting the product to the PC and my printer is shared printer so that's why I need INF files.

Providing the workgroup is the same as the pc that the printer is attached to, it should recognize it and should download the driver needed from windows update. I've never had a problem installing a shared printer.

The screen shot I put in the previous post is from my home laptop just to explain but actually is not a workgroup the pc's are joined by a domain. When I tried to define the shared printer it was asked for a driver.

The printer is connected by USB cable to PC windows 7 64bits. The new PC that I want to define the printer for is windows 7 32bits.
