I Need Less Power???

Hello, need help finding a less powerful power supply. Y u ask? Because California is too damn expensive. Right now I have a 480watt silent purepower. My computer consists of a K8N Neo4 MB, AMD athlonx2 3200+ cpu. x850xt 256 MB graphics card, onboard sound, 80 Gig 7200 rpm WD harddrive, dvd burner, cd burner, cd drive, floppy drive, and a combo drive. What do u think would be good enough to get by. I dont use the computer like a use to anymore at least not for gaiming.
 
If you have a 600watt powersupply, and your computer only need 200w's it will only use 200w of power weather you have a 600w or a 200w.
 
Also if its just for the electicity in cali, have you replaced all the light bulbs in your house with compact flourecent? They use about 10watts of energy each instead of 60. They hardly cost anymore too.
