I need program that i can take the singing part of a song and to take the beat of the song to separate them i mean .....

I am not sure that such a program exists. That would be very diffucult to make if it did exist. To the extenth of my knowledge (and googling :) ) i cannot find a product that does this.
 
no, if you had,say, the initial studio recordings of a track and each channel was seperate, then yes, you could quite easily strip a channel, but in any format that you might have, all channels are merged and indistinguishable from one another, there is no software, that can slice it up again. Kinda like flattening an image in photoshop, once you save it flattened, there is no way to get the layers back.

(wow, that was a good analogy, lol)

That was a good analogy...if you save it as a PSD....you're good to edit...you have those layers...liek the parts of a song that are the lyrics...you save it as a jpg...and say goodbye to being able to easily edit it. :P
