I Need Recommendations for a Build

I will need an OS as well. Like I said before, probably not going to start for a couple months so should I buy Vista Home now for $100 w/ free upgrade coupon or wait until 7 comes out and buy that?

7 Wont be out until october sometime.

I think you'd need the 955 to equal the Q9550
