I need some advise for an upgrade in my graphics

Can someone tell me the MAX supported by my machine.
I have a 37" LCD as a monitor, I would like for higher resolution using HDMI but i am not sure what to do. What will be the best i should get for cheap graphics card. oh yeah, it has to be low-profile and PCI-E 16x.
Any suggestions?
 
Thanks for the information you were a big help. I like your 3rd link:D (HDMI out w/ HDMI cable how can you go wrong)
