I need some desperte help on this problem

Hey guys, i need some help.
I just got some new ram back for my pc
.my problem is..i notice that ..if say i have a game minimized..my CPU usage is 100% and never budges.
Even now.when im scanning for virsius and listening to music and chatting.its in the 60's and 50's
i don't understand:confused:
ive ran prime 95 for 7 hours with no problems.
no spyware
no virsius
im gona run memtest.but im sure it will come back fine as prime did with extensive ram testing.

Whats going on here
Could windowbinds recentley installed be causing this?

It's likely you've got something churning away in the background that's eating your spare CPU power up, what Anti-Virus are you using?
 
i don't have a virus running in the backround.its disabled.i use it for just scanning time to time

Under processes in task manager the CPU numbers are like .1 and 2.nothing exxecsive

i have that same thing happen on my pc. mine happens when i'm in the game menu. when im actually playing the game, my cpu usage is much lower.
 
After some looking around, i think its system idel that is doing that.

It would be at 90% then i would look at it and it do something it would jump down to 5%

Im guessing that is what it is
